Restaurants

Restaurant websites, $499, live in 7 days.

People visit a restaurant website for four things: the menu, the hours, where you are, and whether they can book. Everything else on the page is in the way.

$499 setup, then $149 a month

Includes menu structure, reservation link, and the local schema that feeds Google and AI answers.

The four things, in order

  • The menu as real text on the page, never a PDF and never an image
  • Opening hours, including the exceptions, marked up so Google shows them directly
  • Address with a one tap route, because most visits happen on a phone within a mile of you
  • Reservation or order link above the fold, linking to the system you already use
  • Photos that load fast, compressed properly, because a slow gallery loses the visit
  • Menu and restaurant schema markup so search engines and assistants can read the dishes and prices

Why a PDF menu costs you customers

A PDF menu is the most common and most expensive mistake on a restaurant site. It is slow to open on a phone, it zooms badly, it cannot be read by a screen reader, and search engines extract it poorly.

The deeper cost is invisible. When someone asks an assistant whether a restaurant nearby has a vegetarian option, the answer is assembled from readable text. A PDF is effectively blank. A menu as structured text on the page can be read, indexed and quoted, which is the difference between being recommended and being skipped.

What we do not do

We do not build ordering systems or take payments. Those belong in the platform you already use, and rebuilding them badly is how restaurant websites become expensive. We link to it, keep it visible, and make sure the path from search to booking is as short as possible.

Questions we get asked

How much does a restaurant website cost?

Ours is $499 to build plus $149 a month, which includes hosting and menu updates. Restaurant platforms often bundle a site with their ordering system at $100 to $400 a month, but the site is usually a template and you lose it if you leave the platform.

Can you update my menu when it changes?

Yes, menu changes are covered by the monthly plan. Send the new items and they go up. This is the main reason restaurants keep the plan, menus change more often than any other page on a small business site.

Should my menu be a PDF?

No. A PDF is slow on a phone, hard to read, and close to invisible to search engines and AI assistants. Menu items as text on the page can be indexed, quoted and shown directly in search results.

Do you integrate with OpenTable or Resy?

We link to whichever system you already use and keep the button visible on every screen. We do not replace your reservation platform, that data belongs where it is.

Will my restaurant show up on Google Maps?

The website carries the address, hours and local schema that support it. The map listing itself comes from a verified Google Business Profile, which you own and we can walk you through.

What about photos, do I need a photographer?

Good photos help more here than in almost any other industry. If you have decent phone photos we will use them and compress them properly. If you do not, that is worth spending on before spending more on the website.
