Why it is $299 and not $8,000
Most agency quotes are not paying for your website. They are paying for a sales team, an account manager, a project manager, a discovery workshop and six weeks of meetings. We removed every one of those layers. The scope is fixed at one landing page and seven days, which means there is no open ended timeline to pad for risk, and we use AI assisted production for the work that used to take a junior designer a week. The strategy, the design decisions and the quality control stay human.
The honest part: there is no monthly fee, and hosting for the first 12 months is included rather than sold back as a retainer. We are not quietly billing you two hundred dollars a month for a server. The business works because clients who grow come back for more pages, search work or ads, which only happens if the first site actually performs.

Which tier should I pick?
Launch at $299 if you mostly need to exist properly and look credible. Growth at $1,490 if the site has to actively bring in customers, which is most businesses. Authority at $3,490 if you are trying to own your category in search and in AI answers, typically multi-location or multi-service. If you are unsure, send the brief and we will tell you which one you actually need, including when that is the cheapest one.
What if I do not like the design?
You get a full refund. We design first and show you before you pay the balance, so the risk sits with us rather than with you. If the first design is not right we will usually just revise it, but you can walk away and owe nothing.
How much does a small business website cost?
Ours runs from $299 to $3,490, one payment or four instalments, with no monthly fee on any tier. The industry range for a custom small business site runs from about $3,000 to $10,000 for an agency build, or $0 to $50 a month for a template builder you assemble yourself. We sit deliberately between the two: an agency quality custom build at a productized price, funded by the monthly care plan rather than by a large upfront fee.
How long does a website take to build?
Seven days from the moment we have your content, logo and any photos you want used. If you do not have copy we write it. If you do not have a logo we can handle that too, which adds a few days.
Do I own the website and the code?
Yes. You own the site, the code, the domain and every account we create in your name. If you cancel the monthly plan we hand over the code and move the domain to hosting in your own name.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The price is a one-time payment, or four instalments. Hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring are included for the first 12 months, after which you take over hosting or we migrate it to a host of your choice. No contract, no cancellation fee.
Can I get it in 24 hours?
Yes, express delivery adds $200 to the Launch tier and puts your build at the front of the queue, live within 24 hours instead of 7 days. Two honest caveats. It is capacity dependent, so we confirm the slot before taking the money rather than after. And the revision round happens the same day, so you need to be reachable to approve it. If you are not, it becomes a normal 7 day build and we refund the difference.
What if I need more than a landing page?
That is what Growth and Authority are for, at $1,490 for up to 10 pages and $3,490 for up to 25. Beyond 25 pages, or anything with logins and custom database work, we quote a fixed project price instead.
Is the site built on WordPress?
No. We build fast static and modern framework sites, which is why they load in under two seconds and need almost no maintenance. There is no plugin stack to break and no security patching treadmill.
