L70 Labs / Meta Ads

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram ads, run properly.

Creative, campaign structure, daily optimization and honest reporting. We run our own products on Meta with our own money, which is a different discipline from spending someone else's budget and reporting on impressions.

$990 a month, plus your ad spend

No contract. The ad account stays in your name and you keep it if we stop working together.

What the retainer covers

  • Full account, pixel and conversions setup, including the tracking most accounts get wrong
  • Creative and ad copy produced for you, statics and video scripts
  • Campaign build and daily optimization, not a weekly glance
  • Landing pages built to convert the traffic, because the ad is only half the job
  • Retargeting and lookalike audiences once there is enough data to build them
  • Weekly reporting on cost per lead and cost per sale, not impressions and reach

The mistake that wastes most budgets

Fragmenting a small budget across too many ad sets. Meta needs roughly 50 conversions a week per ad set to optimize properly. Split $50 a day across five ad sets and none of them ever gets there, so every one stays stuck in the learning phase, spending at the worst possible efficiency. It is the single most common way a campaign quietly fails while looking busy.

The fix is unglamorous: one campaign, one ad set, three genuinely different creatives, and the discipline to leave it alone for two weeks.

What we will tell you that others will not

If your cost per lead is bad after two weeks and 150 clicks, the problem is usually not the targeting. It is the offer or the landing page. Most agencies keep adjusting audiences because that looks like work and does not require telling you something uncomfortable.

We will tell you. Sometimes the honest answer is that the ads are working fine and the thing to fix is what happens after the click, which is why we build landing pages as part of the retainer rather than as an upsell.

How it works

Setup and tracking

Account, pixel, conversions API and events. If the tracking is wrong every decision after it is wrong too.

Launch and learn

One campaign, three creatives, two weeks untouched. Judging a campaign on day three is how good campaigns get killed.

Scale what works

Budget increases of about 20 percent every few days on the winners. Doubling a budget resets learning and wastes the progress.

Questions we get asked

How much should I spend on Facebook ads to start?

Realistically $30 to $50 a day is the floor for a lead generation campaign. Below that you cannot generate enough conversions for Meta's system to optimize, and you pay learning phase prices indefinitely. Our management fee is $990 a month on top of the ad spend itself.

Why do agencies charge a percentage of ad spend?

Because it scales with their revenue rather than with the work, and it quietly rewards recommending a bigger budget. We charge a flat $990 a month so advice about your budget stays honest, and so a small account is not punished for being small.

How long before I see results?

Expect 10 to 14 days before the numbers mean anything. A new pixel has no conversion history, so the first week is Meta learning who converts. Anyone reporting success on day three is reading noise.

Do I keep my ad account if we stop working together?

Yes. The ad account, the pixel, the audiences and the creative are in your name from day one. We ask for access to your assets, we do not run your ads inside our own account. That is a common trap and it means leaving an agency costs you your entire ad history.

Do you make the creative or do I?

We do. Statics and ad copy are included, and we write scripts for video. The one thing we usually ask from you is a short founder video, because for service businesses a real person on camera consistently outperforms designed graphics.

What if my ads get rejected?

It happens, and most rejections are policy details rather than anything sinister. We handle appeals and rewrite the offending element. The most common cause is copy addressing a personal attribute, for example implying something about the reader's finances or health, which we design around from the start.
